Afterhours DJ (myplaylistdj.app) is operated by DNA Ventures LLC, a United States limited liability company, which is also the merchant of record for all subscription charges. Afterhours DJ orders your playlists into a set and mixes them using embedded YouTube players. All audio and video is streamed by YouTube through its official embedded player. Afterhours DJ does not host, download, store, or re-transmit any recording.

Your use of playback is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service. YouTube's terms restrict commercial and public performance use of the embedded player. If you are playing music at a venue, a ticketed event, or anywhere that is not a private gathering, you are responsible for confirming that your usage is permitted.

Because playback runs through YouTube's embedded player, YouTube may insert ads before or during a track. Afterhours DJ has no control over whether an ad plays, and cannot skip, block, or suppress one — an ad can interrupt a mix mid-transition.

If the signed-in Google account on the device has YouTube Premium, playback is generally ad-free, which is the smoothest way to run a set. Premium is a personal subscription between you and YouTube; Afterhours DJ does not provide, resell, or include it, and using it does not grant any public performance rights.

Playing recorded music in public generally requires a licence from the performing rights organisations in your country (for example ASCAP, BMI and SESAC in the US, or PRS and PPL in the UK). Afterhours DJ does not grant, include, or substitute for any such licence. Obtaining the right licences for your event is your responsibility, or your venue's.

We store your email address, the sets and playlists you build, your per-track cue points and tempo/energy adjustments, and cached public metadata about tracks. That data is scoped to your account and is not sold or shared with advertisers.

Sign-in is handled by our authentication provider. Track metadata comes from public sources including the YouTube Data API and the Deezer public API. Ask us any time to delete your account and everything attached to it.

Afterhours DJ depends on third-party services. Individual videos can become unavailable or block embedded playback at any time, and metadata lookups can fail or return approximations. Tempo and energy values are estimates, not measurements of the original master. The service is provided as-is, without warranty.

Tempo (BPM) and key data is provided by GetSongBPM, with additional public metadata from the Deezer public API and the YouTube Data API.
