Afterhours DJ (myplaylistdj.app) is operated by DNA Ventures LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. DNA Ventures LLC is the merchant of record for all subscription charges, which appear on your statement via Stripe.

We answer support, billing, refund and data-deletion requests at that address, usually within two business days.

Afterhours DJ Pro is a software subscription costing $10 USD per month, billed monthly and renewing automatically until cancelled. Pro removes the free-plan limits and unlocks automatic BPM and energy analysis, automatic intro trimming, and vibe-based set generation. There is no physical product and nothing is shipped.

A free plan is always available, so you can try the full performance deck before paying.

Sign in, open Pricing from the header, and choose Manage billing to open the Stripe billing portal, where you can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges; Pro features stay active until the end of the period you already paid for. You can also email us and we will cancel for you.

If you are not happy with Pro, email us within 14 days of a charge and we will refund that month in full, no questions asked. Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically settle within 5–10 business days.

Outside that window we will still review requests for duplicate charges, charges after a cancellation, or a service outage that prevented you from using Pro.
